Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease is a leading genetic cause of kidney failure, yet there are still no curative treatment options that address the root cause of the disease. In this ASGCT presentation, Torque Bio shares how its kidney-targeted gene therapy platform is being developed to overcome long-standing barriers in renal gene therapy.
